Kamora Ward is currently working as an Event Coordinator, at the Lovejoy Community Center in Lovejoy, Ga. Kamora started working as an Event Coordinator in August of 2019. She graduated from Hampton High School in May of 2018, with several cords in Early Childhood Education.
Kamora currently attends Southern Crescent Technical College where she is majoring in Business Management. Kamora looks forward to opening several of her own daycares in the future. When Kamora has free time outside of work, she spends time with her friends and family, and research ways on how to start her own businesses.
Shereena has a bachelor's degree in Digital Media, with studies in Public Relations, Marketing, and Theater Productions, and has also earned her Master's in Business Marketing from Liberty University.
While she currently is the social media director and marketing coordinator for the City of Lovejoy, she also sustained her own marketing and photography business. She strives to help small businesses, nonprofits, and new businesses create a solid foundation to achieve their goals.
Sharol D. Bowens
Sharol Denise Bowens is a devoted mother of two adult children and two grandchildren ages nine years and two years. She retired Marketing Manager from the Federal Government after thirty-four years of employment. Sharol served in the United States Army as a Communication Specialist receiving several awards for her accomplishments and leadership skills. She is a faithful servant of
God and a member of New Vision Christian Church under the leadership of Dr. Luke S. Hall. Since retiring, Sharol has taken a different role in life. She is currently a student pursuing a degree
in Mortuary Sciences from Gupton Jones College in Decatur, Georgia.
Mr. Sears has over twenty- five (25) years of nonprofit, community action, and government experience, and established CFAF as a leader in the Transformational Change of Low-Income fathers & communities. He brings unique knowledge and background in the areas of Workforce Development, Project Management, and award-winning grant writing skills. Having operated fatherhood programs for the City of Baltimore, Community Action Agency of Connecticut, and National Fatherhood Initiative awardee his programs have served over three thousand fathers.
His Individual Development Finance Program, helps low-income fathers save money, attend college, or purchase affordable housing. The motto “Fathers Care” has been a rallying chant to establish fathers as responsible, and cherished citizens. Mr. Sears is, currently working on fundraising to create “The Men’s Center of Clayton County”
Mr. Jones is the Founder and CEO of Ebenezer's Refuge, a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization. Ebenezer's Refuge is not the "typical" organization but prides itself on meeting the needs of those who find themselves in unfortunate situations. Regardless of "why" the individual came to his/her demise, Ebenezer's Refuge is more concerned with how to help the individual break free from this vicious cycle and remain free.

Director of Fundraising
Mrs. Cassandra Hetterman has over seventeen years of government experience in development plan review, stormwater management, ordinance writing, environmental management, public policy, code verification, research, grant writing, office management, and budget preparation and implementation. Experienced knowledge working with Federal agencies, local governments, and elected officials. Motivated administrative professional, skilled at building strong relationships with fellow staff, supervisors, and community members. Member of the Georgia Grant Professionals Association and the Georgia Association of Code Enforcement.
Master Sergeant Henry Ponder
Master Sergeant Henry Ponder (Retired), USAF, was born in Griffin, Spalding County Georgia, and is a graduate of Fairmont High School class of 1970. He joined the United States Air Force on February 11, 1971, and attended basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX. He completed a career course of study as a Passenger and Household Goods Specialist at Sheppard AFB, Wichita Falls, TX. Retired effective September 1, 1992, after 21 years six months of honorable service and moved to Spring Lake North Carolina where he worked as a customer service agent with Atlantic Southeast Airline (Delta Connection) from 1993 until he retired in 2005. Master Sergeant Ponder is the proud father of two sons, Jeffrey J. Ponder and Donell Duckett, II, and four grandchildren, Donell, III, Amaya, Gabrielle, and Neveah.
